KISTO
"Limited Space Creates Unlimited Creativity" served as a driving force for the KISTO project. The challenge was to overcome a typical problem faced in an Indian household which has plenty of kitchenware and dining accessories but limited space for their storage. KISTO (KItchen+STOrage) is an optimal solution to this problem as it provides additional storage space for dining table essentials. Its location is integral to its functionality as it is easily accessible from both the kitchen and dining room. Apart from being a spacious storage unit, it is designed to occupy minimum floor space.
DETAILS & SCALE:
The diameter and the height of each level is selected to accommodate different kitchenware and dining accessories. There are dedicated sections for the most common tableware items such as spoons, forks, glasses, and bowls. The total height is adjusted to provide easy access to all the levels.
ASSEMBLY & FITMENT:
KISTO is a knock-down furniture unit which can be easily assembled and disassembled without the use of any fixtures and tools. The process is effortless and can be completed by following the 9 steps depicted below.
PACKAGING:
The packaging of KISTO is compact and designed to make the transportation process smooth. To ensure that there is no damage to the material the boxes are filled with foam.
